At Salice South Africa, we are committed to providing competitive pricing and exceptional customer service. Here’s how our Price Match Guarantee works:

If you find a Salice product offered at a lower price elsewhere, including postage and duty charges, but prefer to support a South African business with the assurance of after-sales support, please contact us through the “Contact us” form on our website. We will match the price and ensure you receive the outstanding post-purchase service that has defined our business since 2008.

CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY

In addition to our warranty coverage, Salice South Africa offers a crash replacement system for Cycling Helmets, effective from October the 1st 2023.

This policy is applicable to items purchased through salice.co.za or authorized Salice South Africa Dealers.

Clients will purchase the replacement helmet at half price, 50% off the RRSP

The Replacement Process is as follows:

  1. Eligibility: Crash Replacement is valid for a Helmet damaged within 2 years of the original purchase date as a result of a crash, limited to one replacement per original purchase.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have valid proof of purchase from Salice South Africa or your authorized Salice South African Dealers.
  3. Procedure: Contact us with a photo of the Damaged Helmet and Proof Of Purchase.

Upon approval a returns instruction will be issued for the damaged Helmet to  be sent to Salice South Africa at the following address:

Cascades 1, 12 Waterfont Road, Tyger Waterfront, Bellville, Cape Town 7530, South Africa.

  1. The client will be responsible for all shipping costs;  the return of the damaged Helmet and sending the replacement helmet.

 

SALICE WARRANTY

Salice South Africa provides a comprehensive warranty for all Salice products to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our merchandise. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Warranty Period: All Salice products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Reporting a Manufacturing Fault: If you suspect that your Salice product has a manufacturing fault, kindly initiate the warranty process by contacting the dealer from whom you made the purchase. Provide them with a clear photo of the faulty product and valid proof of purchase via email. If you purchased the item directly from salice.co.za or if contacting the dealer is not feasible, please utilize the Contact Us form on our website, and we will guide you through the necessary steps to address the issue.

3. Authorized Warranty Handling: Please note that we can only address warranty matters for products purchased from Salice South Africa or authorized South African Dealers.
